A Taste of New York | Very Fresh Noodles

Sometimes I get an undeniale craving for a piping hot bowl of soup with thick cut noodles and chockfull of vegetables.  Recently I had time to kill while in Chelsea and decided to try Very Fresh Noodles in the Chelsea Market that creates freshly pulled noodles behind a glass booth.  After a 20 minute wait, granted I went on a Saturday at prime lunch time, I enjoyed an intensely flavorful bowl (the serving is huge!) of Vegan Noodle Soup topped with bok choy.  It was a tad bit spicy, but the noodles were insanely good.  Next time I think I would opt for a different one though since I am not a fan of tofu.  Their cult favorite is a Beef Noodle Soup that is fragranced with orange peel.  If you are in the area, definitely check it out.
