Petal by Petal | Magnificent Magnolias

I have been carefully monitoring a magnolia tree by our apartment ever since the first warm day of spring.  It is a towering old tree that gives way to the most gorgeous blooms gently brushed with strokes of pink and white.  Flowers are by far my favorite subject to photography, I just love admiring their unique beauty.  I think that I took about two hundred shots of these flowers - I feel like I needed to savor them because they do not last for very long.  I am thinking about selling some prints, let me know if you are interested!
