seasonal inspiration | An Autumn Table

Setting the table during fall is always my favorite, since you can do so much in the way of texture and foliage.  When it comes to a table setting, I usually begin with the plate and go from there.  In this case, I love galvanized steel.  It lends a rustic look without being too overt.  This inspiration from Our Food Stories is just wonderful - I love the bits of greenery accenting the grey plates and that cake!
