I hope that everyone had a great weekend!  We slipped out of the city and headed to Vermont for a long weekend.  We stayed at Black House Farm, a wonderful retreat in Southern Vermont that sits on 340 acres and is home to sheet, donkeys and chickens. It was truly wonderful, a slice of paradise, I will be sharing photographs from the trip very soon!

Today I am excited to introduce you to The Jersey Ice Cream Company.  When putting together the first issue of Rose & Ivy I had hoped to feature the insanely talented duo Tara and Percy behind this traveling design company, however, on the day I was scheduled to meet them I unfortunately got sick.  However, I am incredibly excited to share with you the home that they were renovating in Upstate New York.  They have the innate ability to add an untouched feeling to their interiors.  Here is a peek into the home that they restored just outside of Hudson, New York.  I can guarantee you will be seeing much of this duo.
