Sipping on afternoon tea is a luxurious way to spend your time while on holiday at the Rosewood. Served in The Library, guests will be treated with a vision of tea sandwiches piled high, warm buttery scones paired with fresh jam and clotted cream, and bite-size pastries that are nearly too pretty to eat. Memorable additions include an Anasi ‘Folklore Dessert’, which is a light-as-air chocolate Bavarian cream that’s paired with dulce de leche and sits atop a buttery graham cracker. The Pink Puff Tart combines raspberry and thyme compote with a vanilla and guava mousse. Their afternoon tea experience lends a local touch by serving a variety of Bahamian teas and can sample flavors like Guava, which fuses both the fruit and the leaves and is known for its antioxidant properties, or the Sour Sop Tea, which has been known to induce a calming effect.
