A Curling Iron That Makes Curling Your Hair Easy (Really!)

What is the one item in your beauty repertoire that has always lacked in the ‘pretty’ area? If your answer is styling tools, we completely agree. Celebrity hair stylist and colorist, Kristin Ess has recently launched a line of hair tools that add a dose of femininity to your morning or evening routines. Another bonus? They are affordable. While chatting with her at the launch event she said when it came to recommending say a hair dryer to a client, they were either too or low priced and didn’t work and she didn’t feel comfortable choosing either. Already with a hair line to her name, she decided to branch out and create a range that would deliver great results without breaking the bank.

Our favorite from the collection is the Soft Waves Pivoting Wand that is for those (myself included) that struggle with a curling iron. While I am an 80s baby—I used to curl my bangs up and lacquer them with Rave hair spray—I quit curling as soon as that fad was over. I love gently tossed waves, but haven’t had luck to create them, but can say now, that I was able to achieve the look I wanted with this option, since it pivots to 90 degrees making it easier to use.
