From the Journal | Dine with a Golden Spoon

In his small studio in Setouchi, Japan, designer Ruka Kikuchi (known as “Lue”) handcrafts brass plates and utensils that glow with a singular beauty.   Each piece in the Lue Brass line is designed to elevate the everyday through the use of the highest quality materials and signature touches that make each object one of a kind. And like fine wine, they get better with age and continued use—oxidation creates a patina that imparts a unique bespoke character to his pieces.
