A Taste of New York | East One Coffee Roasters + Eatery

I love my neighborhood. I would be lying if I didn't say that it is my favorite out of all of New York.  Having lived here for more than five years, I have seen it evolve and change - it is nice to stay in a place long enough to see that happening! East One Coffee Roasters & Eatery opened last weekend with a bang, not to mention a long line. The bright interiors, large windows, worn walls and minimal design is a soothing environment to get work done.  The front part is the cafe, while the back section has a coffee roaster and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.  After a day of running errands, I decided to pop-in for a bite, because it was too late for lunch and too early for dinner, I decided on avocado toast.  I am always looking to switch-up my work space, I am convinced it does so much for creativity.  If you are in the area, definitely stop by!
