In this Monday's installment of Mask Mondays we bring you Volition Beauty, a new beauty brand on our radar sold at Sephora. The brand's philosophy is developing products that their customers want to buy and the cool part is that anyone can submit an idea. That idea then can get paired with a lab to bring it to life - it then gets voted on by the community to see what makes the cut. If your idea and product gets chosen you are dubbed an 'innovator'. Were intrigued so were excited to try out the brand's Detoxifying Silt Gelée Mask.
The jelly texture of the mask is quite lovely and spreads evenly onto the skin. After ten minutes of application, my skin was left very luminous. I particularly like that this formula is free from ingredients like phthalates, parabens, sulfates and a many other chemicals.
The Key Ingredients
Black Nordic Silt that is mindfully harvested from the bottoms of Finish lakes helps to draw out impurities in the skin.
Quinoa protein and avocado oil leave the skin moisturized and very soft to the touch.
