The Heels on the R&I Radar Right Now

When it comes to thinking about fall (for some reason I just don't want to go there just yet!!), heels are a great way to begin.  Thinking about packing up my sandals for the season isn't a concept that is easy to grasp, well yet! Right now, I have my eye on statement worthy heels like the ones below. Which are your favorites?
