I am excited to announce that ROSE & IVY is looking for a freelance intern! After 5 issues and the 6th in the making, I need help!  This is a great opportunity for someone that is interested in helping in a few different areas of a new publication from photoshoots to writing some copy.  There is a lot of flexibility offered here, I am excited to hear from you!

HERE ARE THE DETAILS:

Seeking an energetic and passionate individual, with an eye for beauty to work for ROSE & IVY Journal, an up and coming luxury publication. Position available has flexible hours, except on photo shoots.

Position:

Assist with photo shoot prep and photo shoots (like, coordinating samples, assisting where needed)

Some weekend work for photo shoot assistance

Research new brands (fashion, beauty, home) that could work for upcoming stories

Possibility to write blurbs for upcoming stories

Assist with social media
Research/develop content for daily website

Internship will be three months with the chance for a longer opportunity

Days will depend on magazine activity and deadlines, but total hours a week will be 5 to 6, more depending availability. Fashion shoots will obviously be longer from 6 to 8 hours.

About You:

Should have an interest in fashion, beauty, food, travel and photography

Must live in New York City

Strong writing skills and a strong sense of professionalism

Can assist on small to larger projects with a can do attitude
