Citrus Olive Oil Scrub

I don't know about you, but my skin has been so dry lately. It doesn't matter how much oil or moisturizer that I put on my skin, it is just thirsty.  The dry heat is wrecking havoc on my skin, which is why it is so important to not only moisturize, but exfoliate with an oil-based scrub. This olive oil based scrub is incredibly easy to make and smells just divine, thanks to the zesty orange.  

Citrus Olive Oil Scrub

1 ½ cups course sea salt

14 drops orange essential oil

zest of one orange

½ cup olive oil

Place salt, essential oil, orange zest and olive oil in a bowl.  Stir to combine.  Store in an airtight container for up to one week.  Oil will settle at the bottom, stir to combine before using.
