Happy Monday! I hope that you had a great Easter holiday. We spent the weekend with family in Massachusetts, which was fun. Getting out of New York was just what I needed. When it comes to food magazines, I have am a fan of many, but two of the best in my opinion hail from Australia. I have already professed my love for Donna Hay, but there is another publication that you must know about called Gourmet Traveler. The photographs, recipes and over-all aesthetic are just spot-on. Here are a few recipes that I have my eye on, don't they just look delicious?
