The Botanical Record | Eucalyptus

Before I discovered eucalyptus at the farmers market, I didn't think very much of it.  Here in New York, you can always count on it being at the corner deli, but it is kind of blah.  But, every year at the end of September it arrives in humongous bunches at the market and it makes the first variety that I was talking about seem like something entirely.  It is refreshing and it actually smells like, eucalyptus.
