The Pre-Fall 2015 shows are well under way and I couldn't help but become entranced by these stunning behind the scenes photographs shot by Margherita Chiava for Vogue.com of the Chanel Métiers d'Art show presented in Salzburg, Austria. The backdrop for the show was the Hotel Schloss Leopoldskron, a gilded space fit for a king or queen (or the Von Trapp family, The Sound of Music was shot there) with elaborate crown molding and decorated with dramatic Baroque paintings.  The fashion as per usual was spectacular but for now I am in awe of the set design, the abundance of fruit styled to look like a still-life painting and the chiaroscuro-effect photography.  Just amazing...
