Bright white interiors, airy rooms and stunning views is exactly how you would describe the Coco-Mat Eco residences on Serifos Island, Greece.  I have a deep love for Greece, just looking at these photographs transports me back to time we spent in this beautiful country a few years back.  Serifos Island is located not too far from the bustling town of Mykonos and has officially been added to islands to visit 'next time' we venture to Greece.
